Bene Italian Kitchen

Desserts are always the highlight of a meal for me.

Spent a Friday night at Bene Italian Kitchen located at Sheraton Macau. We started our meal with a dozen of super fresh Pacific oysters, seared tuna salad with fennel, orange, baby spinach, citrus dressing, and beef carpaccio, lemon dressing, parsley pesto, arugula and shaved parmesan. I really enjoyed the carbonara, love the strong cheese flavour; risotto with wild mushrooms is another dish I love;  and of course I like the potato, fresh prosciutto and arugula pizza too. And if you are a beef lover, it’s worth trying the July special offer ‘Texas Fiesta’ U.S. beef tasting plate with four different cuts, just delicious. Lastly, how can it call a meal without having the tiramisu al masala, it’s the best tiramisu in Macau.

To conclude, I am willing to revisit in the near future.

甜品對我來說是一頓飯的亮點。

一個週五晚上在斑妮吃義大利菜, 已一打生蠔作為起點, 這太平洋生蠔很新鮮;前菜還吃了香煎吞拿魚沙律拌茴香,香橙及菠菜,和意式生牛肉片配特製檸檬醬,紫蘇醬。意粉飯類吃了煙肉香濃芝士義大利麵,非常好吃,我最愛濃濃的cheese;鵝肝燉鴨肉燴飯也好吃不過野菌燴飯更好吃。肉類有英國有機豬排伴薯蓉,卷椰菜,和炭燒香草春雞伴焗時菜,可能我不習慣百里香的味道我覺得普通;我們還點了七月推薦‘德州牛風’的美國牛肉品味小碟,有四種部位不同做法,值得一試。當然不能不點薄餅,特色班妮薄餅和巴馬火腿薄餅都很好吃。最後以義大利甜酒提拉米蘇作為結束,應該是澳門最好吃的提拉米蘇吧。

總結整體感覺良好,會有下一次。
