Golden Flower**

Really like Wynn’s style.

Every time I go to Wynn to have lunch I will certainly go to Wing Lei, this two Michelin-starred restaurant, Golden Flower, is my first visit. Its decor already catched my eyes once I entered, the ceiling is full of teapot-shaped lamps, just stunning. Since it mainly provides Tan cuisine, the dim sums here are different from the Cantonese ones. We ordered pan-fried crispy pancake with egg, stir-fried rice crepe with conpoy chilli sauce, pan-fried green leek and egg puffs, and deep-fried rice cake with red bean stuffing in ‘Beijing Style’, all taste good. Recently I am obsessed with anything with osmanthus, so I ordered the glutinous rice balls and wolf berries in fermented rice wine with osmanthus. Personally I am always afraid that the rice wine will give a strong flavour, but this one is just right, so tasty.

Golden Flower would be a good choice if you are tired of Cantonese dim sums.
