The Eight***

Every time, it’s a surprise.

I’ve been to The Eight for a couple of times and it never disappoints me. Instead of ordering those recommended dishes, we ordered those that we haven’t tried before. I really love the Vietnamese spring rolls filled with crabmeat and black fungus, with the lettuce wrapped around the spring roll plus the dipping sour sauce, it’s just perfect. In addition, the baked Alaska with red bean sorbet is amazing too. Lastly, the meal ended with my favourite milk tea paired with lychee pudding (not the Portuguese tart this time).

Anyways, any dish you order at The Eight will be delicious.

真的每次都有驚喜。

又來八餐廳飲茶了,來過好幾次還是覺得很好吃! 這次點了一些菜單裡沒有被推薦的點心,像是象形葫蘆菓,魚形香芒蝦多士,崧仁蟹醬肉鬆盞,象形沙嗲墨魚餃等等。我非常喜歡特色越南春卷,把炸越南春卷用生菜包著然後再點酸酸的醬真是好吃到無法形容。還有上次想吃但沒有吃到的火焰紅豆椰子蛋糕, 好吃又好看,蛋糕裡的紅豆雪芭很好吃。最後的飯後甜品終於嚐到新的配搭,很甜的奶茶不再配葡式蛋塔而是配荔枝凍糕。

總結八餐廳是一家你隨便點什麼都會好吃的餐廳。
