When I was in the palace.
First visit to Wynn Palace’s Wing Lei Palace which newly opened in late August, with its name palace of course it’s magnificent and glittering everywhere. The interior mainly uses the colour of white, gold, silver and green, same with the tableware. In addition, an amazing view of the performance while enjoying the meal.
Back to the food, it’s always about dim sums when having Cantonese lunch. We had those traditional ones such as steamed shrimp and pork dumpling, baked mini egg tart, crispy shrimp dumpling with taro, poached pork and shrimp dumpling with housemade spicy sauce, and steamed assorted vegetable bun with black fungus. And we ordered some that has a special name in Chinese like the deep-fried shredded turnip with cheese, I like the strong cheese flavour. Also the steamed Shanghainese dumpling combination: steamed zucchini and pork dumpling, crab meat and black truffle dumpling, and fish mow and pork dumpling. But these Shanghainese dumplings just tasted like the normal ones, so it’s quite pointless. Overall, the taste was so so.
For the environment, it’s worth a try, but not again.
