A very quiet dinner.
Visited The Ritz-Carlton Cafe for dinner on Sunday, last time I was here for lunch, didn’t like it cause the main dish was over seasoned, with the previous experience I got no high expectation. We all went for the MOP$568 dinner set menu, that’s how we can share and taste most dishes.
For the starters, I think both La Boîte de Conserve and La Sardine was quite good but I like La Sardine more. For the main courses I love the Le Filet de Boeuf en Croute, the puff was really crispy and the beef was tender, it was the highlight of the meal. La Crevette and La Volaille tasted good too, I like the celeriac puree of the La Crevette and for La Volaille the chicken breast was very tender and I like the sauce too. One of the main courses was the seared salmon, but its taste was mediocre. And for the desserts I prefer the profiterole rather than the orange flavoured crepes due to the taste of wine, but of course the crepes got the gimmick as it was prepared tableside.
Overall was a good one since it has improved a lot after my previous visit. As it is a cafe so it was quite empty during the dinner period, you can eat as slowly as you want.

星期天去了The Ritz-Carlton Cafe吃晚餐，之前吃過一次午餐覺得不怎麼樣因為主菜牛排的調味過份鹹，有過一次不好的經驗這次當然沒有太多的期待。大家都點了MOP$568的套餐，人多就是可以試多點菜。前菜我覺得煙燻魚及鴨肝餅，和醃製沙丁魚都不錯比較喜歡沙丁魚多一點。主菜方面最好吃是香煎脆皮牛肉，那個脆皮真的好香，牛肉又嫩。慢煮黑松露雞胸肉和大蝦配芹菜泥也不錯，雞胸肉也是很嫩多汁配的雞汁好像有點玉米和芝士的味道挺喜歡的，然後大蝦還可以主要是它的配菜芹菜泥吸引到我。主菜還有一道是香煎三文魚，味道太平庸了。最後甜品試了泡芙配熱巧克力和香草冰淇淋，和橙酒火焰班戟，因為不喜歡酒味所以泡芙比較適合我，但班戟比較有看頭。
