First dinner in 2017.

My 2017 started from Mizumi at Wynn Palace which serves sushi, tempura, and teppanyaki. I tried all three cuisines, tasted good with the use of deluxe and fresh ingredients. Though I am always passionate about sushi, I prefer tempura and teppanyaki at Mizumi. Some of the highlights were crispy sour tile fish, assorted tempura, chicken tsukune and pork belly robatayaki, as well as takikomi rice. And of course the worth mentioning Ishigaki wagyu A5 steak which was so tender that just melt in the mouth.

One satisfying dinner.

2017第一頓晚飯。

新的一年選擇在永利皇宮的泓開始,有選擇困難症的可以來這裡因為有壽司,天婦羅,和鐵板燒任君選擇。三種日本料理都嘗試了,感覺都不錯,食材高級新鮮。比起一直愛吃的壽司,在泓卻更喜歡天婦羅和鐵阪燒。比較喜歡的有脆皮酸味方頭魚,天婦羅單點拼盤,爐端燒五花肉和雞肉丸,和日式原盅蒸飯。值得一提的是香煎石垣A4和牛柳,非常嫩,入口即化。

滿足的一餐。
