The pink-hued building I always passed by when I was a kid.
That night I dined at Clube Militar de Macau (Michelin Guide 2017 – 2 fork & spoon) for Portuguese cuisines, one of the characteristics of Macau. From its name already knew it got a long history, the interior still keeps the colonial feel, and they still have the old school ceiling fans.
I always order the same dishes when it comes to Portuguese cuisines, the codfish confit here was the crispiest I ever had and the Portuguese duck rice was good too, not a big fan of their seafood rice as it was over seasoned with pepper. Desserts here definitely surprised me, in love with the sweet egg pudding.
If I visit this pink-hued building again, it’s for the desserts.
