Old school dim sums.

I haven’t had meals at Lisboa for a long time since the gambling industry in Macau started to boost. I like that Tim’s Kitchen serves some traditional old school dim sums like beef tendon in curry sauce and poach pork stomach and bean curd skin with black pepper. I really enjoyed the deep fried vegetarian spring rolls and sautéed rice rolls with bean sprout in supreme soya sauce. The one I look forward the most was the claypot rice, it didn’t disappoint me, the rice quality was so bloody good, with my favourite minced pork pie with preserved vegetables, it’s a must order.

That claypot rice is something.

懷舊點心。

自從賭業開放後已很久沒在舊葡京飲茶,這次特意來到了桃花源沒想到他們的點心走懷舊路線,很久沒吃過咖哩牛筋和腐竹胡椒浸豬肚,我覺得素春卷和豉油皇銀芽炒腸粉也好吃。最期待的是梅菜皇肉餅特色煲仔飯,果然沒辜負期望,那個飯實在太好了粒粒分明,還搭配我很喜歡的梅菜皇肉餅,真的不能錯過這個煲仔飯。

吃飯吃飽了。
