Robuchon au Dome***

It’s been a while.

Robuchon au Dome is my favourite restaurant in Macau, its amazing view and outstanding culinary has proven why it is a three starred Michelin restaurant in Macau. This time I had the lunch set again, for the starter I was struggling whether I should have L’Hamachi or La Betterave, I chose the hamachi but when I tried the beetroot salad, I kind of regret my choice cause the green mustard sorbet was so good, the whole dish was light and refreshing.

The main dish was the roasted Challans duck breast, it was tender and succulent, the only drawback was too salty for me. I have no idea since when they started to serve creamy mashed potato alongside with the main dish, however the mashed potato was not creamy enough, not as good as I had before from another Robuchon.

And when it comes to desserts, I’ve got no criticism for them, always feel good to see the desserts cart coming towards me, I chose the classic mille feuille and vanilla foam. What’s more, there’s an ice cream cart too! And while I was enjoying the passion fruit sorbet, I got to try the freshly baked madeleine. Lastly, the petit fours cart which has various chocolate, macarons, and sweets, perfect for a dessert lover.

It’s a must visit.

久違的天巢法國餐廳。

天巢不用說一直是我在澳門最愛的餐廳,無敵的景觀,還有一直保持水準的美食,當然它也是澳門唯一拿到米芝蓮三星的西餐廳。這次是中午套餐,前菜在生油甘魚薄片伴飛魚子配日本陳年醬油及檸檬汁和甜菜根沙律伴蘋果及牛油果伴香草及青芥末雪芭中猶豫不決,最後還是選了最喜歡的生魚片,不過試了一口甜菜根沙律覺得有點選擇錯誤,因為太喜歡青芥末雪芭,整個口感很清爽。

主菜是香烤鴨胸伴鵝肝及蘿蔔塔,鴨胸非常嫩,唯一不滿就是對我來說有點太鹹。不知道甚麼時候開始每道主菜也配奶油薯蓉,可是不夠滑,有點乾。甜點部分好像也越來越多,有甜品車任選兩道,選了經典的法式千層酥以及香草泡沫。現在還多了雪糕,當然選擇熱情果口味的雪芭。期間還給了剛好新鮮出爐的瑪德蓮蛋糕,真的是有種永遠吃不完的感覺。最後是小甜點車,又是各種誘人的巧克力,馬卡龍,糖果什麼的,又飽又無法抗拒。

沒有不來的理由。
